Post Sale Update: This Norton sold for $9,100 after 66 bids on eBay in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
After sitting in storage for half a decade, this Norton-powered flat tracker is now a runner again.
The seller initially notes that he doesn’t know many of the specifics, just that it has a Norton 750 motor in a C&J frame, but he later found out that “it was built from the ground up and raced a dozen times or so by Dale Jones. He sold it to someone for a brief time in/around 2000. Then my dad acquired in/around 2005. Then sat in a garage untouched since 2009. Pretty sure my dad only rode it a few times, he was more partial to his triumphs 🙂”
Other modifications include dual Amal 930 carbs, Sun 19″ wheels, custom triple clamps, Suzuki ignition, and suspension that the seller can’t identify as there aren’t any identification markings on it.
