The last time I featured a Honda CRF450X, it was an example that had been modified to conquer snow. Today, I’ve got an example that’s been converted into a bad-ass rally bike.
Despite all the impressive off-road work, this CRF450X is plated in California. Specific upgrades include suspension from Precision Concepts, the cam from a 450R, rewound stator and dual squadrons from Baja Designs. Other goodies include an oil cooler, custom bash plate, flex bars, Scott stabilizer, and ASV levers.
I can’t help myself – there’s more to love about this bike: Safari 5.5 gallon tank, Seat Concepts suede seat, Yoshimura exhaust, Rekluse clutch…the list just goes on and on. It seems that the seller builds one of these to compete with each year, and he’s selling this to start building his 2015 bike. Can’t wait to see what that looks like, too!
Find this Honda CRF450X for sale here on ADVRider (registration required) in Norco, California for $9,500.
