Post-Sale Update: After 26 bids on eBay, this Honda CB750 Limited sold for $3,310.
Built as a 10th Anniversary bike, the Honda CB750 Limited was a 2-tone beauty with the same mechanical components as the base bike. This is a great example that was actually the exact model featured on the cover Clymer Honda CB750 DOHC Fours repair manual.
Differences between the Anniversary Edition and the K model include mag rims instead of spoked wheels, and different badges/side covers. Like the base bike, the 748cc engine produced 78 horsepower and 48 pound-feet of torque that went through a 5-speed transmission, yielding a top speed of 125 miles per hour.
This specific Honda CB750 Limited (VIN: RC013005498) has 10,619 miles and has been garaged all of its life. It’s claimed to look like new with the exception of oxidation on the engine cases. Though it’s been started every year, it has not been ridden in 2004. The only non-stock piece is a roll bar with foot rests. All you’ll need to address is a sticky front brake and carbs that need cleaning.
