One of the crazy inmates at ADVRider has built a dual-sport ride out of a Kawasaki ER-6N – in an alternate universe, maybe this is what a new KLR650 could look like?
Highlights of the build include the front wheel, brake, and forks from a KLR650, the rear wheel from a Suzuki DR650, and the Sachs rear shock from a Aprilia Dorsoduro. You’ll also get Renthal bars, Bark Busters handguards, heated grips, and more. I’d love to see a bash plate to complement the radiator and engine guards, but it’s definitely an interesting build.
