Post Listing Update: This V7 Sport did not meet reserve despite 34 bids up to $17,600 on eBay in Huntington Beach, California.

After years of truck-like bikes such as the Ambassador and the Eldorado, the V7 was specifically created by Tonti to honor Guzzi’s racing legacy. Some people consider this bike to be the prettiest production cafe to come out of any factory, and it was an instant classic. Here’s a survivor that’s recently been serviced by Cycle Garden.

This example (VIN: 033227) is said to be a very original V7 with 12,700 miles that’s spent most of the last 20 years in storage. It was originally sold in North America and is numbers matching. It’s offered by Moe at Cycle Garden, who recently gave it a tune up and polished the wheels, rebuilt the brakes, refinished the rear drive, and verified that there’s 175 psi of compression in both cylinders.
