An evolution on the CB900F, Honda’s CB1100F was a fast standard that was sold for just one year – but for that year it was king of the hill. Cycle World called it the fastest stock bike they had ever tested in a review in January 1983.
Thanks to a 108 horsepower, 4 cylinder/4 stroke engine, the CB1100F could hit 139-144 miles per hour, depending on who you asked. In the US, the bike had a different seating position than the rest of the world, as well as an optional chin fairing. There were two paint scheme options, though the more common one was the Pearl Shell White/Candy Pearl Maui Red variant you see in front of you.
This bike (VIN: JH2SC1106BM003575) has 8,590 miles and looks to be in great shape. The non-original parts are just the tires, battery, and a NOS replacement petcock. The seller has had the bike for 15 years and says that everything works, there are no leaks, and that the cosmetics look nearly new. The flaws are a dent on one of the headers and a scratch on the tail section. Sale includes the original title and tool kit. Find this CB1100F for sale in Greeley, Colorado with bidding up to $5,778
