Last month we featured some great bikes – but did they sell? And if so, for how much?

This list will only include listings from eBay (or other auction sites). I unfortunately have no way of finding out final sale prices of bikes offered on Craigslist/Cycle Trader/Kijiji/etc. With that said, here are some highlights from last month:

I guess I just have to start with the craziest one: Movie Star – Dumb and Dumber Mini Bike – sold for $50,029.99 after a whopping 100 bids on eBay in Houston, Texas.

1980 Honda CB750F Super Sport – sold for the BIN of $5,300 on eBay in Fountain Hills, Arizona.

First Year – 1985 Yamaha V-Max – sold for $7,210 after 38 bids on eBay. The seller told me it went to someone who found it through Bike-urious, so I’m hoping that person drops me a note to say hi…

Gary Nixon Tribute – 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 300 Custom – did not get any interest at the BIN of $6,500 in Cary, North Carolina.

Did anything surprise you?

Maybe I’m just getting old but I thought the barely-owned-by-Dan Gurney XL175 sold for way too much money – not to mention what the Dumb and Dumber bike went for. The Honda Bros was well bought, and I’m always so excited to hear from you when you let me know that you bought a bike I’ve featured! Till next month…
