A couple of weeks ago, Cycle News gave me the incredible opportunity to ride something unexpected – the Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle Road Glide that Kyle Wyman won the 2021 King of the Baggers Championship with! Here’s my story…
Harley arranged everything as part of the launch of the new Road Glide ST and Sport Glide ST (which I did not like very much), but they also gave a select few the chance to ride the race bike, and that experience was surreal. If you’re interested in this kind of oddball racing, the first race of the new season just happened this weekend. I was curious to see how Kyle would do in his quest to defend his title – he placed third in Race 1 (immediately after his brother) and unfortunately DNF’d in Race 2. Things are looking up for Indian as they won the first race and swept the podium in the second. Here’s some highlights:
