MV Agusta is a future Moto2 Grand Prix team, a current World Superbike team, and long time manufacturer of legendary Italian machinery. I recently transported a Lewis Hamilton F4 for Motorcycle Mover LA, and stared at the bike like a wide eyed child for 10 minutes before touching it. Depending on who you ask, the MV Agusta F4 is often regarded as one of the prettiest bikes in the world. You shouldn’t fix what isn’t broken, and the biggest evolution since their introduction in 1999 is the jump to 1000cc.

This first generation of the F4 was a 750cc superbike still worthy of a bedroom wall poster. For more information, check out this “Memorable Motorcycle” article on Motorcycle-USA. The silver paint and gold wheels on this example (VIN: ZCGAGFLJ12V100397) look great, and the Fast by Ferracci exhaust must sound as good as it looks. It has very low miles with only 1,729 on the clock. Luckily, the current owner had the good sense to replace the sprockets, filters, and stator. I would never call MV Agusta unreliable, but they definitely give you an opportunity to build a relationship you wouldn’t have with a bike that runs without protest. According to the listing, this bike is being sold to support a Colorado parks and recreation department, and was previously owned by AMA Superbike racer Dr. David Kieffer.
