Post Sale Update: After 16 bids on eBay, this TS400 sold for $5,000.
For those of you that grew up on a TS400, here’s a hit of nostalgia that might make you want to open your wallet. Restored by Suzuki guru Jeff Weier, this bike is claimed to be better than new.
A Weier build is typically beyond reproach, so my only real complaint here is that there’s actually just one mile on it. It would have been nice if the seller had put some shakedown miles on it to verify that everything was working fine, but I guess it’ll now be your job to break this bike in. Not much more to say about this bike – the seller apparently had a stash of NOS Suzuki parts to help with Jeff’s restoration work.
