We’re going international for this one! My buddy Dennis from Beach Moto is currently in Europe enjoying the Isle of Man TT, having also enjoyed the Mugello GP a week ago. He just sent me a picture of an interesting motorcycle he saw and I want to see who can identify it first! I’ve (poorly) photoshopped out some obvious details, but there’s enough for someone in the know to give me the make and model. So, what is it?

UPDATE: As stated in the comments below, this was quickly identified as a Voxan Cafe Racer. Here’s a picture of the entire bike:
