The boxer engine of Sunday’s Guess That Bike comes from a 1957 Douglas Dragonfly – one that’s currently available for sale in the UK! Were you able to identify it? The Dragonfly was the last bike built by Douglas, but less than 1,500 were built before the company was taken over in ’57. In the Bike-urious spirit, the photographed Dragonfly is currently up for sale. It’s currently in Britain and was first registered on April 15th, 1957. It had one owner from ’69 to 2013, and it comes with lots of receipts showing good maintenance.
