Post Listing Update: This custom Yamaha did not meet reserve despite 2 bids up to $14,200. It was then relisted and pulled off of eBay, final sale price unknown.
Greg Hageman has made quite a name for himself with his recent custom builds – many of which were based on the Yamaha XV750 Virago. Here’s one of said builds, this one was named “GoGo”.
Featured on sites like Pipeburn, this bike was built by Hageman and photographer Erick Runyon, the latter of whom is now selling it. But these two weren’t the only builders involved – it was quite a collaborative effort as they got Santiago Chopper to install the GSXR 1000 front end, Moe Colors to paint the Benelli fuel tank, MotoRelic to fabricate the custom inserts in the wheels, and Craig Paints Bikes to paint the frame, among other individuals. The original 750cc engine was replaced with a 1,100cc unit 378 miles ago and the bike has factory 16″ rear wheels in the back AND the front.
