Post Listing Update: The seller lowered his ask to $39,999 but this listing did not get any action.
Triumph’s had a bit of a hit on their hands with the new Scrambler 1200, a bike that was supposed to make its film debut in the newest Bond movie (No Time to Die). The movie’s been delayed, but the limited-edition partnership bike (much like the Ducati 999 Matrix Edition) has already sold out. The MSRP was $18,500, but someone’s hoping to make a quick buck by flipping it on eBay and hoping to catch a huge Bond fan (I assume) with a BIN of $47,999.
Though it actually features a dirtbike that’s been customized to look like a Triumph Scrambler, here’s an interesting look at one of the motorcycle stunts from the upcoming flick:
250 Bond Editions were built, 30 of which are designated for the US. This one’s got 3 miles, and the seller doesn’t include a photo of the triple tree to see which number of the 250 he’s offering.
Check out the Triumph website for more details, but the short story here is that you get Sapphire Black paint, a large Triumph logo on the tank, leather seat with embroidered logo, special engine badges with gold accents, a numbered plaque on the top triple, and lots of other small pieces. They’ve also changed the startup screen on the dash.
Find this Bond Edition Scrambler for sale in Pasadena, California with a BIN of $47,999 or best offer here on eBay.
