Well, I’m not entirely sure what we’re looking at here, but the seller calls it a “double-decker” motorcycle with a NSU tank and a 98cc 2-stroke motor.
It’s claimed to ride well through the two speeds in the transmission and I think it’s only had one owner (though the wording isn’t particularly clear in the listing). Still, it’s an amusing find that you’ll need to pick up in person if you want.
