Colin Seeley is a former sidecar racer who became famous as a motorcycle designer. Some of his most notable work came right after he retired from sidecar racing competition, where he built frames for racing motorcycles utilizing Matchless and AJS engines. As you’re about to see here, he also dabble with other brands, like Triumph.

Seeley Triumph Bonneville - Right Side

This build (chassis VIN: JB27536) is a “genuine Seeley Bonneville” with just 77 miles, and the rebuilt ’71 T120 engine has a 180 degree crank, which dramatically changes the feel of the parallel twin engine. The seller suggests it now behaves more like a v-twin, which affects the power and sound. In addition, this bike features a lot of high quality components, like the large Oldani front brake, Norton Roadholder forks, Mikuni carbs, Boyer electronic ignition, and Seeley hubs. The bike was recently recommissioned and is now ready for a new owner.
