Of all the bikes in Bimota’s storied history, the Mantra is probably the oddest. It was a competent bike that could actually be ridden on a daily basis thanks to the realistic ergonomics – but most riders couldn’t get over the looks.
I don’t find it particularly good looking from (maybe the side profile?), though the 1998 redesign helped the front a lot. With that said, I love that they took a chance like this. Weighing only 381 pounds, the 86 horsepower Ducati motor was capable of taking the Mantra up to 125 miles per hour. This Mantra has 8,400 miles and apparently was first registered in 2004. It’s had a recent service and is ready to hit the road again. Find it for sale in Osnabruck, Germany with bidding up to $86 and (obviously) the reserve not yet net
