In 2020, Aprilia created the ultimate version of their RSV4 sportbike. They called it the “X” and made just 10 examples, which sold out immediately and for hefty prices. Soon after, they recreated the magic with their naked bike, the Tuono. This time they made 30, and they sold them for $41,667.
That’s not the only impressive number – the V4 engine made 225 horsepower to push 366 pounds of (dry) weight. All of the components were similarly staggering, from the Marchesini forged wheels, Brembo GP4-MS brakes, extensive carbon fiber, Ohlins Smart EC 2.0 electronic suspension, Akrapovic exhaust, and even the insane paint job. It’s absolutely absurd (I mean, look at those wings), for better or worse.
The seller of this example doesn’t share any photos, but he says it’s still in the crate. Find this Tuono V4 X for sale in Hochheim Am Main Hessen, Germany for roughly $55,400 here on Facebook Marketplace. I’m not saying it’s a bargain, but we sold a RSV4 X (1 of 10 vs. 1 of 30) for $80k over at Iconic so maybe this is reasonable? Maybe?
