As I alluded to in yesterday’s post about the motorcycles of the Petersen, the museum is about to reveal a new collection guest curated by Paul d’Orleans entitled “Custom Revolution”. The opening reception is Friday, April 13th. I’ll be in attendance, and I hope to see you there!
According to the Petersen, this is the world’s first exhibit that’s focused on “alternative motorcycle customization”. The private opening reception will feature live entertainment, gourmet food, specialty cocktails, and a panel discussion with Paul, Jay Leno, Charles Fleming, Petersen board member Richard Varner, and Petersen founding chairman Bruce Meyer.
For more information or to buy tickets ($45, members get a 10% discount), head on over to the Petersen website.
