The good folks over at Federal Moto occasionally sell bikes, but usually it’s one of their highly-modified builds that you’ve probably seen on the usual internet sites or maybe at a show like Handbuilt or Mama Tried. This time around, however, they’ve got a basically-new exotic Italian that’s completely stock.
Said Italian is the MV Agusta Dragster 800 RR – one could correctly argue that it’s basically the Brutale I tested in Italy this March with different styling, a wider rear tire, and a flatter handlebar. It’s mostly about the styling, which can be quite polarizing – especially when looking at the wheels!
This example was bought new in 2015, ridden once, and then put away on display in a collection. Unfortunately, the owner passed away and his spouse is looking to sell this bike. The odometer has 106 miles and it’s never been registered so you’ll get the Certificate of Origin. The motor obviously still needs to be broken in, and the factory plastic wrap is present on the gauges.
Find this MV for sale here on Craigslist in the West Loop of Chicago, Illinois for $16,000.
