Ducati says the V4 R “is the maximum expression of Ducati’s racing DNA, more similar to a racing prototype than any other bike.” Last year, it was the most expensive machine they offered at $40,000 – though it’s about to be blown out of the water by the $112,370 V4 Superleggera. Still, 221 horsepower and the latest/greatest from Ohlins and Brembo ain’t too shabby. Here’s one that was bought new, put in the owner’s garage on stands, and…has sat there since.
