If you’re in Northeast Pennsylvania, here’s a great deal on an excellent street-legal off-roader that’s been well modified.
The Champions Edition got you a few minor upgrades but the highlight is definitely the special Kini Red Bull graphics package.

I think this asking price is excellent – if it was in Los Angeles I would have snapped it up by now (but if it was in LA, the asking price would also be $6,500).
