Introduced for the 1974 model year, the XL350 was the bored-and-stroked successor to the XL250, though in certain ways it also replaced the SL350 as Honda’s mid-sized dual-sport.
Basic specs were 20+ horsepower, 314 pound curb weight, a 2.2 gallon tank, and a top speed of approximately 85 miles per hour. Cruising at 70 mph, Cycle World saw over 60 mpg in their period road test. They called it “one of the most versatile motorcycles on the market.”
This example (VIN: XL350-2012816) has 4,011 miles and I like that it’s quite original – including the upswept exhaust. The odometer shows 4,011 miles and it’s still got the original paint/decals on the tank. It’s offered on a street-legal title and with no reserve, so this bike’s going to find a new home.
