As I mentioned last week, I’m headed from Los Angeles to San Antonio on back on the most hyped Moto Guzzi in years – the V85 TT.
I’ve only had the bike for a few days so far but I have to admit I’ve fallen for it. There’s obviously little things I’d change (and I’ll discuss that during the trip), but there’s definitely an emotional connection between me and the V85, even if it’s only one way.
I’m going to be winging the route, but the general idea is to stick to the south – Tucson, Las Cruces, El Paso, etc. If you know of a restaurant/museum/motorcycle collection I can’t miss, let me know! Or if you’re vaguely in the area and want to meet up, that’s even better! I’d love to see you and I’m willing to go a little bit out of the way to make it happen.
