Every summer, Vy and I take two weeks to explore a destination on motorcycle. This year, we’re headed to the northeastern United States, and we leave on Saturday! For sale posts may decline a little bit, but maybe we’ll see you along the way?

With regards to our steed, I’m going with a bike that I missed out on reviewing earlier this year. Back in March, BMW hosted a few of us for a combined R1250GS/R1250RT launch. As I was there for ADVPulse, I spent both days on the GS and never sampled the RT.

So, Vy and I will try out the R1250RT. Unfortunately for Vy, our loaner won’t have a trunk, but I’m hoping the comfortable seat and good weather protection will keep her happy.
My plan is to review the RT in segments throughout the trip, so if there’s anything specific you’d like to know…you know what to do!
