My least favorite phrase when perusing motorcycle listings has to be “ran when parked.” It’s often a dealbreaker but occasionally a bike is still interesting enough that I’ll just look past it and move on…like the case with this Pantah 500SL.

This bike (VIN: ZDMAP5502B662213) has 5,860 miles on the odometer. It had the brake lines, fuel lines, and tires replaced in 2013. Over the next year less than 100 miles were put on it, then it was splaced in garage storage. Expect to replace the battery and clean the carbs – if you’re lucky, that’s all you’ll need before this bike is ready to ride again.
