A legend in the motorcycling world, the Kawasaki H2 750 is remembered so fondly thanks to its peaky, narrow powerband and its poor handling characteristics. A bike for experts only, the Widowmaker commands respect wherever it goes. The H2 was capable of knocking out a quarter mile in 12.0 seconds – faster than a Hemi Cuda – thanks to 74 horsepower (though the powerband was only about 2,800 RPM wide). It weighed 423 pounds dry and topped out at 126 miles per hour. For more on the characteristics that gave this bike the Widowmaker moniker, head on over to Motorcycle Classics.

This Widowmaker (VIN: H2F43773) has 21,831 miles and is being offered by the third owner. It comes with the original blue Cali plate, and no miles have been put on it since 1980. The compression is still good – it’s been started about once a month since ’80 but was used as a show bike. It still includes the owners manual, warranty handbook, tool kit, extra spark plugs, center stand, even 3 keys. It’s impressively original, though there’s a ding on the front fender and scratches on the lower right exhaust and the oil pump.
