Post Sale Update: This little MV sold for $2,550 after 12 bids on eBay.
MV first offered a 150 in 1959, and they were quite expensive. Per Bonhams, British riders could buy a homegrown 500 for the same price. This looks to be a Turismo GT, which was built between 1970-1973.
This example (VIN: 659122) has an impressive 22,206 miles on the odometer. The seller states that the bike was imported from Italy “a few months ago”. Everything is said to work, and it has a few new parts: throttle cable, tires, and taillight lens. Though the bike resides in California, it was registered in Vermont, and the Evergreen State does not issue titles for bikes older than 15 years. The seller has more photos available on his Instagram profile.
