Post Listing Update: did not get any bids at the opening ask of $6,000 on eBay.
The seller of this custom states that it was painted by Arlen Ness (it has his signature on the tank) and that it’s a survivor which will need some work as it’s not running.
Specifically, the seller says that the motor has good compression, the carbs have been rebuilt, but the wiring will need to be gone through. The history makes this an interesting project if you don’t mind working with electrical systems. There’s also a whole bunch of gold plating to match the pinstriping, if you’re into that.
