Now this is just plain cool. To celebrate their 90th Anniversary, Ducati is organizing a relay ride around the world called Globetrotter 90. 7 riders will relay ride a Multistrada 1200 Enduro from July 2016 to December 2016 – but here’s the thing: Ducati is looking for riders to participate.
Right now Ducati is looking for motorcyclists with the following requirements:
– Good long-distance, preferably solo motorcycle riding experience;
– High-profile editorial capacity intended as autonomous production of texts, photographic and/or video
material, covered by exclusive copyrights, to describe the travel experience;
– Familiarity with the most common telecommunication media and previous publishing experience via the
same media;
– Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
During your segment, you’ll visit locations that were milestones in Ducatis history, meet motorcycling legends, and document your trip for Ducati to share. From the applicants, 14 semi-finalists will be selected. Those 14 will go through a ‘bootcamp’ in Florence, Italy where you’ll be tested on your riding skills, basic mechanical skills, psychological suitability, and writing skills. 7 finalists will then be selected!

Or just go here to apply – I’m expecting one of you to win, so hurry up already!
