Post Sale Update: after being relisted, this Commando sold for a BIN of $16,500 on eBay in Caldwell, New Jersey.
The First Place concours winner at the 2019 International Norton Owners Association Rally, this gorgeous Fireflake Golden Bronze Commando is said to have gone through a full professional restoration after being stored from 1976 to 2016.
The seller says that this “bike was completely taken apart and all parts were rebuilt, repainted, replated as needed.” Since the restoration was completed, the seller has covered approximately 500 test miles. The only non-stock items are the Tri-Spark ignition/regulator and the stainless spokes.
