Well, this is one of the odder customs I’ve featured here on Bike-urious! This is first-gen BMW R100GS that’s been converted into a “retro military” custom – the seller says that it “would make a great showpiece for a veterans non-profit or VFW hall.” What do you think?
Interesting details include black-out lighting, a hand-crank siren, knife/shovel sheath on the fork, hand shifter, Fordson tractor seat, and of course, the requisitie ammo box saddlebags that these customs seem to always have. It’s interesting, though I definitely wasn’t expecting to see one of these based on a BMW GS. As one commenter in the below thread notes, this would be an interesting platform for a sidecar (maybe not a camera sidecar, though).
