In 1964, Bultaco introduced their iconic trials bike, the Sherpa. For the first 8 years, only a 250 was offered, though in ’72 they introduced a 326cc engine and called that the 350.
The Sherpa was very successful in competition, winning multiple UK and European Championships (as well as the World Championship every year between ’75 and ’79). One of the best known riders associated with the Sherpa was Sammy Miller, who kept winning the UK title between ’65 and ’69, as well the Euro championship twice. This Model 199 is a numbers matching Sammy Miller Replica that has a new top end as well as new cables, rubber parts, air box boot/filter and Sammy Miller seat. Everything works and the bike is ready to ride, though the seller says the tires are fair.
