We’ve featured the NSR50 before – it’s easily the best of the 50cc bikes to come out of Japan in the last couple of decades. What makes this particular example noteworthy is that it’s somehow claimed to be street legal. Seeing as Honda specifically sold these as non street-legal, I assumed that there would be more required than simply slapping lights, turn signals, and mirrors on it (especially in the state of California).
