For many enthusiasts, the Aprilia RS250 is as good as a 250cc sportbike gets. This example is even better because it’s already plated and street legal.
Built from 1995-2002, it was designed to pay homage to Aprilia’s success in the 250 GP championships. It was powered by a modified Suzuki 250cc originally designed by Rotax. If you’ve been searching for a RS250, you probably have been advised to look for 1998 models and newer – in that year Aprilia updated the model with new bodywork, Showa front suspension, and a faux ram-air intake. This example (VIN: ZD4LDA500YS002691) has 4,620 miles and it’s been with the seller since 2012.
Per the seller, the bike is original except for LED turn signals – a previous owner installed aftermarket turn signals. They were removed and the holes in the fairings were filled off with plastic block off plates. The sale will include the OEM manual, tools, and spare parts like an extra set of fairings in not-perfect condition.
