This is a little weird, but I appreciate that it’s a period chopper – according to the seller, this ’73 CB was converted into a chopper in 1974. The seller acquired it from the first owner and he’s got the original fork tubes if you want to bring it back to stock (but if you want a stock example, just go find a stock example and leave this one as it amusingly sits).
The seller doesn’t specify what’s been changed from stock, but a quick visual inspection shows obvious modifications to the front forks, handlebars, seat, side stand, and exhaust. This isn’t my style, but it makes me laugh and I immensely respect anyone who can pull this off.
The bike has 12,000 miles and the seller says 1,000 of them came on a big ride he did last year, in which it did great. He bought it from the original owner, but no timetable for the transfer of ownership is given. Come be the third owner once you find this CB350 chopper for sale here on Craigslist for $2,500 in Eagle, Colorado.
