The Nurburgring doesn’t allow motorcycles to run official testing laps, so if you want to set a personal best on two wheels you’re going to have to do it during a public session with traffic. The current unofficial motorcycle record is 7 minutes and 10 seconds from “Bridge to Gantry”, set by Andy Carlile on a modified 2005 Yamaha R1. Here’s a video of Billy Burke doing the same portion in 8 minutes and 38 seconds, but he’s on a completely stock (yes, even the Dunlop D610 TrailMax tires) 2017 Honda Africa Twin!
