Well-Modified – 1976 Honda CB400

In Cafe Racer, Custom, Japan by AbhiLeave a Comment

This Honda was built by Todd Schuster (the former fabricator for the Butler & Smith BMW R90S racers as well as Freddie Spencer’s Honda Superbike, this CB400 has quite an extensive list of modifications – and an asking price to match.

Highlights of the work include a 454cc big bore kit, Keihin CR carbs, Forcella Italia magnesium forks, Dresda swing arm, and an /’ex-Freddie Spencer front brake” – I’m not 100% sure what that means but it’s definitely the biggest, baddest front brake I’ve ever seen on a CB400F. Other goodies include a ported Don Vesco head, Megacycle race cam, Works Performance rear shocks, custom seat, Kaz Yoshima 4-into-1 exhaust, Schitsu tach, the custom paint job, and plenty more.

Find this farkled CB for sale here on Craigslist in Brooklyn, New York for $20,000. Have you encountered a more impressive CB400F before?
