UPDATE: Here’s my review!
At the Long Beach International Motorcycle Show, Kawasaki debuted several models for the US market. The one I was most excited about was the new-for-2019 Z400 ABS. To oversimplify, it’s a naked version of the Ninja 400. That’s good news to me, as I love naked bikes and I think the Ninja 400 was excellent. This week, I’ll finally get a chance to ride the Z400 – what would you like to know about it?

The price reflects a $500 discount from the Ninja 400 ABS, and it seems like a hell of a deal – it’s $300 cheaper than the Honda CB300R with ABS! Considering the bike is based on an existing successful model and that the changes are focused on ergonomics and bodywork, I think this is going to be a winner.
