The asking price for this ($3,500) is a little silly, but it’s so rare that I thought I should make you aware of it at the very least. I’ve featured one in the past that sold for just over a grand but example had 10 times the mileage. This little moto has just 160 miles.
“Whopper of a chopper” is actually what Suzuki’s playful slogan was for the OR50 – also called the Mame-Tan in the home market of Japan. It’s a rare mini chopper with a two-stroke, 49cc engine that put down 5.5 horsepower. For more information, check out Suzuki Cycles.org – my main takeaway is that the bike weighs just 148 pounds. Suzuki said this “mini-chopper is maximum roadster” with the back rest, high-rise handlebars, and even optional flame decals.
This example has been in storage since 1987 with the fuel tank drained. The seller is also selling a few other things that are combined in the same ad, but this is the only bike. Find this OR50 for sale in Denver, Colorado for $3,500 here on Craigslist.
